Ordering
Adding items to your Basket
Products displayed on screen will have a default quantity of one. Simply click
the ‘Add to Basket’ button to include the item on your order. Should
you require more items, replace the quantity given with the required amount
and click ‘Add to Basket’. You will then be taken to your basket
to either amend quantities, remove items or to ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
We do not guarantee the availability of any item shown.
Checkout Process
Alternative delivery addresses can be entered here, if different
from your main address previously given upon registering with our
site. Your payment details will also be required, including the
registered card address, again if different, and your card security
digits featured on the signature strip.
All orders placed through www.directsalonsupplies.co.uk must be paid for by credit/debit card prior to the despatch of any goods. We accept all major credit/debit cards.
Credit card authorisation will take place at the time order confirmation is placed by the customer and payment will only be taken at the point goods are despatched. Goods that are out of stock at the time the order is placed will be despatched when they become available and the corresponding invoice amount charged to the credit card at the point of despatch. All card payments will be processed upon despatch of items.
Confirmation of an order received will be sent by e-mail to the customer.
Orders will only be deemed accepted by Direct Salon Supplies Limited on receipt of this confirmation e-mail.
Delivery
Our policy is to despatch goods within 72 hours of receiving your
order, however this can vary depending on stock availability. Estimated
delivery times are given in good faith and are for guidance purposes
only.
Postage and Packing
For orders below 1kg in the UK, orders are sent by Royal Mail
Recoded Signed For.
£5.50 plus VAT is the standard price for most parts of the UK for orders
above 1kg in weight, or for high value items.
Furniture items purchased may be subject to additional carriage charges.
Prices available on application.
Charges for the Channel Islands and offshore islands may vary according
to size and weight of the parcel.
For all overseas orders, customers will be notified of the charges
to be applied by e-mail before goods are despatched.
Shortages and Damages
Goods must be inspected upon delivery and any claims for shortages
and/or damages must be reported to Direct Salon Supplies within
24 hours of receipt. This may be done either by e-mail to sales@directsalonsupplies.co.uk,
or by calling our customer service team on:
