PAYMENT
We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Visa Debit and Switch. Personal Cheques (allow 4 working days ), Bank transfers. Your order will be automatically acknowledged upon receipt. All prices quoted include UK VAT.
DELIVERY
Providing the items are in stock at the time we receive your valued order the goods will be dispatched 4 working days. Tracking Numbers are supplied by email when the goods leave our warehouse. All items are fully checked, tested and set up to professional standards before dispatch.
YOUR PRIVACY
We will not send unsolicited email to anyone who buys from our store. We do not and will not disclose your email address or any other personal details to any other third party. If you have any questions about our Privacy Policy then please email privacy@directsalonsupplies.co.uk. All your information is held securely at Direct Salon Supplies on secure servers. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Occasionally we will email you with special offers, you can opt out of these at any time either by replying to the mail shot, or sending us a seperate email.
RETURNED GOODS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your
purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 3 days of
the date you received the item. Goods must be unopened seals, packaging and
shrink-wrap intact. We will issue a refund, sometimes less 20% for handling. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are
faulty. Due to strict hygiene regulations we cannot accept the
return of scissors, clippers, razors that have been used or other items
returned in an unacceptable condition. We will only accept returns where we have been notified in writting, indicating the your intention and reason for return the goods.
If the packaging is damaged, items are missing or indeed the item has been used, this may affect the total amount credited to you and will be dependant on the circumstances. If returning, for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. Please package the relevant item securely in at least the packaging it was received and send it to us with a copy of your invoice so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.
SHORTAGES AND DAMAGES
Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to THE SELLER within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Signing for goods accepts the goods into your care, and that they have been
received complete and in undamaged packaging. You have the right to refuse
damaged or incomplete parcels.

Goods are sold on the understanding that they are used for there intended purpose.
THE SELLER WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MISUSE OF ANY PRODUCTS SOLD.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation after despatch cannot be accepted.

We promise to acknowledge and deal with all complaints by return
. We undertake to handle complaints in a fair and honest manner,
informing you of the result in a clear manner.
